Located in Areias de São João, this modern apart hotel is within a short stroll from the marvellous beach of Praia da Oura and a large variety of shops, restaurants, bars, pubs and nightclubs. The old town of Albufeira, other beaches such as Praia de Santa Eulália or Praia dos Pescadores and various excellent golf courses are within easy reach. Faro International Airport is about 40 km away. This property was renovated in 2010 raising 5-storey building with 15 units. Each apartment is fitted with satellite TV, telephone, safety deposit box, kitchenette, hair dryer and bath amenities. Guests can enjoy sunbathing with sunbeds and sunshades on a terrace or relax in a wonderful swimming pool. Please be aware that you may be asked for a credit card on arrival, to cover any ad hoc purchases. This hotel may also take a deposit, which can vary depending on the length of stay. It will be refunded after your stay, provided no damage has been caused to your room or its contents.
