With a Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor, guests can expect a warm and welcoming stay here, featuring comfortable accommodations and a variety of hotel amenities perfect for a memorable getaway. I've been to Argassi a couple of times, and Zante 8 times in total...I love it here and had to give you an option for this lovely Greek Island. Fairly good flight time of 3.5hrs.

The family-run Contessa Hotel fits seamlessly in to the laid-back village of Argassi. Days here revolve around the peaceful pool and evening barbecues. You’ll find the Contessa Hotel among the pine trees and olive groves of Argassi. It’s in a calm location, in view of the Mediterranean Sea, but it’s not isolated – you can drive to Zante Town in under 10 minutes. A friendly, family-run feel comes part and parcel with this hotel. It’s why TripAdvisor reviewers awarded it a Certificate of Excellence. The main strip and beach are just a 5 minute stroll away, where you will find plenty of traditional tavernas, shops and cafes. And if you do opt for this one, I will tell you some of the best places I ate at during my stays there...must visits! This one is incredibly well reviewed and a little gem. Please note, no transfer with this one, but I can book a private transfer separately for approx £56 return for the 3 of you. It's very close to the airport and a short transfer. Flight seats have been added to this price.
