A brilliant centre-Strip base, putting you right in the middle of the action. Direct access to The LINQ Promenade, with restaurants, bars and entertainment and the High Roller right there. Room set-up for the six of you: 2 rooms with 2 Double Beds + 1 Double/King room. For this trip I'd prioritise location in Vegas, and The LINQ absolutely delivers on that. It's lively, central and makes a really easy first stop.
Hu. Hotel
A stylish downtown Memphis base with plenty of character. The star for me is the rooftop: those views over Memphis and the Mississippi make it a lovely place for a sunset drink. Room set-up: 2 rooms with 2 Double Beds + 1 Queen/Double room. I LOVE this one for Memphis. The rooftop overlooking the Mississippi gives it something memorable rather than just being somewhere to sleep.
Holiday Inn Express Downtown – Broadway
920 Broadway – a really useful downtown base for a first Nashville visit, close to the live-music action. Breakfast is included each morning – very handy before a day (or night!) exploring Music City. Room set-up: 1 Standard King Room + 2 Standard Rooms with 2 Queen Beds. Nashville hotels are expensive, especially when you want to be properly central. This keeps you on Broadway rather than compromising the location just to shave a little off the hotel.
