Albir Garden Resort & Aquapark
The Albir Garden Resort & Aquapark is all geared up for families. It’s made up of pastel-coloured blocks laid out in a village style among tropical gardens, and you can walk to the beach and resort centre in around 15 minutes. There are four swimming pools to choose from, one of which is a splash park-style variety that little ones will adore, with rainbow-coloured slides, sprinklers and fountains. The surrounding terraces are kitted out with loungers and parasols and cloaked in palm trees, so you’re all set for snoozing and tanning by the waterside. At the other end of the spectrum, there’s a lively entertainment programme, with bingo games, quizzes and after-dark shows all on the agenda. Little ones have their own brilliant line-up of activities to look forward to, courtesy of the hotel-run kids’ club. And a huge list of sports like cycling and volleyball are available, providing entertainment for the whole family. Lastly, the hotel keeps things simple when it comes to food and drink. There’s a buffet eatery serving round-the-world cuisine at mealtimes, three a la carte restaurants offering delicious Asian, Italian, and Mexican cuisines, two poolside snack bars, and a Lounge bar for cold drinks and cocktails. Fancy a change of scene? There's a bus stop just outside the hotel, with regular services running to and from Benidorm town centre.
