Ukino Terrace Algarve
When it comes to crafting a perfect holiday experience, Ukino Terrace Algarve – formerly the Be Smart Terrace Algarve – certainly knows a thing or two. Nestled in the tranquil village of Porches, this adult-friendly hotel sits on one of the Algarve's most beautiful strands, Senhora da Rocha beach. The focal point of this cheerful complex is the sparkling swimming pool which has a smaller pool just for children. The pool is fringed by a large sun terrace dotted with comfortable loungers and a manicured lawn with palm trees offering patches of cool shade. A poolside bar keeps sun-soakers refreshed with cool drinks, exotic cocktails and light snacks while more substantial fare is dished up in the main restaurant with a spotlight on traditional Portuguese specialities. There's also an onsite café which serves fresh bread each morning and a range of home-made pastries. The hotel's spacious apartments come in arrangements of one or two-bedroom suites, each with fully-equipped self-catering facilities including electric rings, fridge-freezers, microwaves, toasters, kettles and coffee machines. Should you fancy exploring your stunning surroundings, you'll find that you're under three kilometres from the village of Armação de Pêra. And if you fancy a change of scene, you can pop over to Ukino Palmeiras Village and use their facilities (extra charge). Just so you know, this hotel does not have a parasol service at the swimming pool. Per 7 night stay your linens will be changed once, your bath towel will be changed twice, and the room will be cleaned three times.
